Shipping Policy

Lunex currently ships to the contiguous 48 United States.

At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or other U.S. territories.

We are actively evaluating expanded shipping options and may offer services to additional locations in the future.

Processing Time
All Lunex orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times
Standard shipping within the contiguous 48 United States typically takes 5-7 business days after processing. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

Tracking
Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Orders
